How do we do it?
Our fee structure has a simple aim – to provide you
with our complete service at no direct cost to you.
We require an R8, 000 retainer fee when you sign a mandate
with us but in most cases this is contributed in full towards
the total purchase price of your chosen South African property,
and the service to you is completely free.
When we search for your property we negotiate a commission
split with estate agents marketing the house, which is appropriate
as we represent you, the buyer, and they act for the seller.
In the event of you purchasing a house through SA HomeBuyers,
we refund you half of commission we receive up to a maximum
of the retainer fee.
We are proud of the fact that all our clients to date have
purchased property through SA HomeBuyers and we have been
in a position to provide them all with a refund.
