A popular tourist spot, Jeffreys Bay has quickly transformed itself from a sleepy coastal town into one of the fastest expanding cities in the country. Grahamstown Property

Grahamstown serves is the cultural hub of the Eastern Cape, made famous by the annual "Grahamstown festival", a yearly celebration of arts and culture. The town also plays host to the famous "Rhodes University", as well as a number of other educational institutes. Originally a British military outpost in the 1800's, the architecture from that era is still apparent today. The town offers peaceful, tranquil residence, and property prices are reasonably priced.
